Choose the language before the playlist
Ask which language colleagues feel comfortable using, rather than assuming everyone understands French and English equally. Dutch-speaking colleagues may prefer English, but ask them directly.
For a mixed-language session, discuss rules, prompts and accepted answers with the host before the day. Ask how language changes will be announced and when the buzzer opens. A fast answer should reflect music knowledge, not who understood the instructions first.
Use the planned 15-minute prep call to share countries, age ranges and familiar music genres. Company rounds can include team stories, but avoid references only one office understands. Ask for a balanced repertoire rather than a playlist dominated by one country.
Our offer covers French, English or both. Dutch-hosted sessions are not part of the current offer. Host availability and the language mix need confirmation before a session can be agreed.
Put Brussels time on the invitation
Brussels uses CET in winter and CEST in summer. Avoid copying a fixed UTC offset into recurring invitations. Use Europe/Brussels in your calendar and check each colleague’s local time on the chosen date.
Planning example — not an available slot
Thursday 12 November 2026 at 14:00 CET in Brussels is 13:00 GMT in London.
This illustrates the time difference only. It is not a session duration or a date you can book.
Check working hours across offices before choosing a time. Agree the session length and connection time with the host. Include the full date, time zone and joining instructions in the final invitation.
Test the music, not just the microphone
A video call that carries speech clearly may still need a different setup for shared music. Ask the host how audio will reach remote players and meeting rooms. Run a short check with someone joining from home and someone in the office.
- Make sure remote colleagues can hear the shared music, not only the host’s voice.
- In each meeting room, agree who controls the call audio to avoid echoes.
- Players need a phone for the buzzer and a clear view of the shared scoreboard.
- Ask about hearing, device or connection needs beforehand, so the host can discuss practical adjustments.

Count players across every location
Count colleagues joining from home and every office together. Choose the package that covers the total number of players. Our listed packages are EUR 390 for up to 20 players, EUR 690 for up to 50 players, and EUR 1,190 for up to 100 players. All prices exclude VAT.
Each package includes a real live host, company rounds and access to the phone buzzer platform. Online booking is not open yet. No date is reserved and no payment is taken on this site.
For an enquiry, share your player count, company, country, preferred date, time zone and language mix. We need to confirm the host and date before you can plan a session around them.
